The IRS has been locking folks for debts for years. If you don't pay your tickets for years. Only the Gov can lock you up for not paying.
Fuck Visa, the cable company or Tmobile. They can't lock you up. Pay the courts and you will be fine. Make arrangements with the court and you will be fine.
