Grab your Versace apron — 2 Chainz has some kitchen tips he wants to share.

The hip-hop star’s new cookbook, “#MEAL TIME,” consists of healthy(ish)-but-soulful recipes for comfort food staples like fried chicken and garlic mashed potatoes.

But the real bread and butter here is the rapper’s hilarious asides and cooking “instructions,” like this one: “Call Fergie, invite her to watch a movie on Netflix. Once she accepts, start making green beans.”

To amp up the flavor while cooking, dress yourself in “chainz n thangs,” the rapper advises, but when sautéing greens in oil, make sure “not to spill any on your Adidas sweatsuit.”

2 Chainz’ recipe for mashed potatoes calls for 2 to 3 pounds of yukon gold potatoes and lots of garlic.

The cookbook comes as a digital addition to 2 Chainz’ new album, “B.O.A.T.S. II: ME Time,” which came out Tuesday.

While recipes like Shrimp & Grits and Chicken Marsala aren’t exactly diet fare, the rapper says he tried to focus on making healthy dishes, avoiding red meat and swapping butter for olive oil.

Here, some of our favorite 2 Chainz wisdom:

On seasoning: “Keep in mind, all measurements are at the discretion of your palette. As we all know, some people have a lot of flavor, while others enjoy their food and their lifestyle a little more subtle (boring.)

On bling: “If wearing a four-finger ring, carefully place it on a side table before starting to cook.”

On ambience: “Position yourself in a room surrounded by a handful of TVs playing SportsCenter with the sound off.”

On presentation: “Serve warm, lean back and vibe out.”
