Let's not pretend the context in which these decisions are made doesn't matter. Unilateral withdrawal with no consultation with Congress, the Pentagon, our partners in the region and under the cloud of Russian interference is alarming (or should be for the honest observer)

We're in it now, I'm not opposed to a draw down but it needs to be managed sanely by a competent admin.

This the same guy could have got run out of the republican race by going to SC and talking shit about the Iraq war. Yeah, Like you, I'm not opposed to withdrawing. Trump doing it does concern me. I've been opposed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and so on, but to have Trump being the one doing this is just a problem because of 1) russia and 2) people morphing opinions just to be opposite of Trump.
