If you are dealing with government level surveillance, you can forget about finding anything. I have seen them put in cameras in a ceiling to catch some Chinese spy using some type of fiber optic technology. Their technology is not commercially available to prevent people from developing countermeasures.
WS will flood you with surveillance to terrorize you. One of the tactic they will use to mess with you is going outside when you leave, it is overt surveillance. Than they tell you what you was doing in your house. Women can use it to avoid crossing paths with you.
They don't see you as another human being that deserves human rights, there is something wrong with them.
