As for Trump himself he's fucked himself. Everyday he fails and further exposes himself when he ignores the sanctions Congress passed to be imposed upon Russia. Why won't he impose the sanctions? IMO Putin has the goods on Trump, why else would he keep stalling on the sanctions? At this point Trump's inaction exposes him as much just as much as if admitted guilt.
Trump refuses to say anything about Putin. Why is that? Trump's refusal to take any action against Putin or Russia says it all. Don't be surprised if Trump's nailed for treason.

I just point out that what they have done was pretty insignificant this election based on what has been revealed thus far. Of course they have the potential to cause mayhem in future elections based on their success infiltrating systems this last election. I do not subscribe to the theory that Russians taking fake positions on social media or hosting events amounts to much at all. If you go to a pro-trump rally you are likely pro-trump to begin with. If you like a fake story detailing Hillary killing kids you were not going to vote for her. If you agree with BLM are you suppose to change positions because some Russian troll also liked BLM?

Not trying to be a contrarain at all. I'm trying to have an accurate and honest discussion about the facts not speculation. At the same time I would like people to remember that wealthy Americans are the biggest threat to our electoral system. Both parties lie to the people constantly in order to do the bidding of their moneyed donors. The media is complicit with all of this which is way their over the top coverage of Russia pissed me off. They could use some introspection

This is a reasonable position. I don't disagree with the thrust of this... we're more or less trending towards a plutocratic society. Corporations now wield undue influence over our politics and both parties ARE complicit. Having said that there isn't much in the way of equivalence between Dems and Repubs with regards to which is the saner choice. Repubs hold outrageously retarded positions on a number of key social + economic issues. Also, it doesn't make sense to be so dismussive about Russian intetference in our elections. They've been waging successful campaign destabilize the democratic process/discourse in a number of European countries as well. To be so dismissive about this reads as naive.
