According to Justice Grier, speaking for the majority: “If a war be made by invasion of a foreign nation, the President is not only authorized but bound to resist force by force. He does not initiate the war, but is bound to accept the challenge without waiting for any special legislative authority. And whether the hostile party be a foreign invader, or States organized in rebellion, it is none the less a war ….”
Look at how he carefully phrases his word, launching a drone strike on the military leadership of another country without Congressional approval (Iran). Calling him a terrorist and that he was plotting an attack against diplomats and other U.S. presence overseas. These civilian looking show trials could be a front for military tribunals.
President Trump was asserting his authority to launch an attack against another country. When they use phrases like terrorist, that gives them the authority to kill even American since you actively planning an attack. Vivkek running out, having this love fest for President Trump when he was running for President, now he might be under a kill list. Somebody wanting to get paid for their pharma drugs with Medicare, might plot something against him. He might say that he is picking a black women for a high level position in his administration. This is how President Biden pushes a button on you.

IMHO when it comes to conspiracies the simplest and most straightforward answer is usually the right one. Especially in regards to Donald Trump.@Dannyblueyes I am suggesting a possibility that he did not attend the debates for this reason. A domestic threat, does not require law enforcement involvement. It was a 100 years after the Civil War before a Southern President came in power, by chance (JFK assassination). You can't tell me this was a coincidence.
The ones from Texas talking about secession, have no chance of being elected. Now if they embrace the Civil Rights movement like President Clinton plus his biracial child, their odds shoot up.
If I was elected and they attempted to thwart the transfer of power, it is a drone strike on your motorcade when I get into office. You can be Al-Qaeda flying airplanes into the Capitol or sending people to the Capitol while you watch and do nothing.
