Interesting take on aid being delivered to Africa. I personally also believe more leaders in Africa need to be held accountable for their actions within their own countries in regard to money and finance.
Also, the era of 20 to 30 year reigns of leadership must end. If the threat of new leadership is never an option in these countries, then the lack of innovation and policy change that would benefit the average citizen can never be established.
For African self sustainability to become a continuous occurrence, many leaders must begin to invest into their people. Training and education for the masses needs to be a serious priority in Africa. Also, a renewed focus on self reliance for food production and agriculture would make reliance on foreign aid decrease immensely.
