I dont know about this show. The promos didnt look funny at all, and they usually try to pull the best parts of the show for those spots. For some reason with them saying presented by Jamie Foxx it seems he needs some credibility. Bottom line, how long do you all think it will last?

He's the current "unfunny" comedian, in my opinion.


People will look back on him in 10 years and wonder how they ever found him funny.




 
Simple question:Do you think that the show will be better or get better ratings than the show that Fox gave Cedric the Entertainer?

not calling for anything, but from what they are using to promote it, I only see maybe 2 parts that might be funny, and are probably from 2 different episodes. On top of that, part of the promo, looks like a scene from "THE JAMIE FOXX SHOW" (part at service desk)

I think they will cram all the funniest skits in the first show, and it will drop off quickly. I might be wrong, and it could just be they just have horrible marketing strategy to open the show up.
 
This nigga just isnt' funny to me. Never have and never will find him funny. Even on Wild N Out. Nick Cannon was funnier than this nigga on Wild N Out. Jame Foxx always putting his money behind questionable shit.
 
I give it 3 episodes...impersonations aren't funny after so long. Someone should tell Affion to look back at Aries Spears career. Once Aries started making impersonations his whole bit, he fell off.
 
its FOX.... come on son lets be real.... if he was that funny he would have a name for himself already... fox will pull the plug on you in mid episode...

im happy a black man is trying but on FOX he aint gonna last guaranteed... regardless if hew funny at all... cuz if those ratings slip in the least bit.... :itsawrap:

Fox already setup for fail, putting it against Big Brother on CBS and True Blood/Breaking Bad on cable. I can't believe this is the great sketch show Jamie and Johnny Mac have been bragging about for years on Foxxhole. Wonder why they decided to focus around one guy instead of a ensemble cast like originally planned...

yeah, i was planning on switching between it and breaking bad, seeing i can always grab breaking bad from a torrent

Edit: guess i dont have to switch it comes on before breaking bad

it won't work at sunday time slot. but it on sat night after the local news, it will be on for years! it worked for madtv.
 
i see they played 2 episodes back to back, probably to burn them off quickly. This might have been a good replacement for Lopez Tonight if they make it more of a interview show with skits in between and no pressure to perform...
