I'm about to format my c drive but i have a question first....w/ some Erica Vution f

for a little while now when i turn on my laptop i get about 3 command prompt boxes that pop up w/ my desktop, they run a quick list (lasts about 3 seconds) then i'm normal. also, earlier today i had a problem w/ my pc freezing on me...to the point that my desktop sometimes doesn't even pop up. i ran AVG in safe mode & system restored, now it seems like i'm fine.
but w/ all that happening i'm just gonna format & start from scratch.

but here's my question. i use CoolNovo as my browser & i have some extensions that i wanna keep. is there a way i can re install & they'll still be there after the format or should i just make a list & re install them one by one?

also, i have a bunch of podcasts that i download from itunes....same thing, can i format, sign into my itunes account & they'll still be there or do i have to download them again?
