According to the Maryland Attorney General, criminals are leaving $100 bills on the windshields of cars in Prince George County, in a cruel attempt to lure them into a carjacking.
“We don’t want to scare people, but we do want you to be careful,” Asst. Attorney General Karen Straughn told WJLA.
This will give the carjackers the opportunity they need to rob you of your belongings.
