PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (PIX11) – Crooks have come up with an alarming ruse to scam people out of cash this holiday season.

According to the Maryland Attorney General, criminals are leaving $100 bills on the windshields of cars in Prince George County, in a cruel attempt to lure them into a carjacking.

“We don’t want to scare people, but we do want you to be careful,” Asst. Attorney General Karen Straughn told WJLA.

The cons bet on the fact that shoppers will think the money is an act of holiday kindness from a stranger.

This will give the carjackers the opportunity they need to rob you of your belongings.

“We don’t want to scare people, but we do want you to be careful,” Straughn said.

this shit is stupid

this is such a thoughtful considerate criminal

instead of just waiting for you to turn your back and jack you

he's going to put a $100 on your windshield, wait for you to open the door, and then jack you

seem like the 2nd step is way more complicated

most people take shit off their window before even getting into their cars....
i know i do.

cool...if I see a $100 on my shit I'm just get in the car and drive off...I'll get out and get it a few blocks later

And when they are about to pull off ...Imma swear they tried to run me over so I unloaded all 17 rounds into their face.
Besides that Here In Texas....you can defend property with deadly force.
Slow singin and flower bringin....nighty night:hmm:

Sounds like a pretty hefty initial investment for small time crooks. And its entire success is dependent upon the vic actually seeing the cash AND getting out and grabbing it before leaving the space.

How many L's has this guy taken? I know when i fuck the mall up and am exiting the parking lot, the last thing im cognizant of is whats under my got dam wiper. Im trying to gtfo the lot without clipping anyone while seeing if any bad bitches in eyesight. Id be halfway into next week before i even notice that shit.

I always pull shit from under my windshield while STILL
in my truck though
I just open the door and reach over the top
either that or before I get in the whip

That $100 shit makes NO sense.

Why not just get you before you even get in your car!

Dumbest report ever....
