I always drive slow in an flashing intersection because of things like this
I assume they were there to watch.

The Mustang hit a black car traveling through the intersection, then spun and struck a parked Charger that easily just past the intersection....i believe the "pregnant" woman was the one in the parked Charger as the report states she's the only injury despite how bad the incident was.
They have the Mustang drivers info and he is cooperating....the driver of the Q50 fled and there is no info on him

Agreed. Often hear those stories about out of control cars crashing into bus stops or the sides of homes. People getting hit or near misses. Crazy.
Actual prosecution, I dont know, but the threat was made.
Back in the early 2000's when Fast & Furious had kids losing their shit I remember being in atl and police really started getting their hands on suped up rides...... cats would gather and the word was if the cops come we all have to leave, cuz the cops would say we'll scoop you all up and figure out the charges later, (metro Atlanta also has a speed limit of 55 on the hwy, yet people regularly go up to 70 at 75 you hit super speeder status $$$, the only 6-8 lane hwy I've been on with a 55 mph speed limit.)
I saw with my own 2 eyes a race meet up, of mustangs, cameros and some other cars ...... cops were down the street about a block or 2 over, must've had eyes on the event.....I was at someone's house where I could see the main road.
2 stangs take off, they had groups at intersections.... once they passed the first intersection the police interceptors were on their backs a Porsche and a vette. The regular crusiers I think Impalas went after the crowd, shining their lights, "you XXX stay there," "red Mustang don't move," "blue shirt I saw you run behind that dumpster, come out.".....it was like 6 em of right at the scene and a few more blocking off other streets.....it was time to go in the house then.
