I need tips on selling wheels out of a tire garage

We have the garage that does light automotive work and tire repairs.

What I would like to do is sell wheels....but dont know how the other small guys do it. Since I have never bought a set, I dont know much about the process. I am sure they mostly ordered if not all dropped shipped to the store. Take a deposit to ensure you dont get stuck with a set you cant sell. Keep as little as possible on hand except for those displays they put out to the street.

I have seen the sites that sell wheels and the number for wholesale customers but I would like to have a little info before I make an ass of myself on the phone with my lack of knowledge.

we already have the used tire thing on lock....and we already have wholesale accounts with 2 of the local tire distributors for new tires.
