I hate when they identify black people as ( PEOPLE OF COLOR )

I hate that term. It’s a savy way of lumping us all together, thus minimizing actual Black issues or topics. Or when people say black and Latino, when talking about black issues. I hate that shit. You will rarely see another community talking about their issues and also mention black peoples. It never happens
That ain't it. It a blanket term that allows them to put any and everybody under non-white so there's no targeting of specific programs for any one non-white group.
That us so called "Black" people are still using the racial monikers and identifiers of colonizers is what leaves us open to such indignities.
while I FULLY agree. terms like colored people, people of color, minorities, were are weapons used to
cockblock OUR progress, once we accepted color people and minorities, everybody was able to move in front of us,
asians, latinos, and most of all beckys.... so fuck them terms BUUUUUUT,
democrats better slow down the rhetoric, because their staunch supporter NAACP is STILL using that term...
and probably why no real kniggas fuck with them, since they support colorism...

They add the brown for "inclusiveness" and add the black because if you attack the flag, they can call you homophobic and racist and being called a racist carries more weight.
They need to leave us out of their bullshit.
The black struggle and the gay/trans/bi struggle ARE NOT THE SAME.
Everybody's so-called "rights" (some would say privileges) are built on the back of the struggles of the civil rights movement.
They owe us everything and give us nothing.
Everybody uses us as they see fit.
