I remember using that leg kick in the late 90s and against a taller person with reach.
I didn't have to throw a punch after a few kicks. First time I'd ever used my MMA training in the streets, and I'll never forget how well it worked. It was so much different than just relying on PAL boxing and the early wrestling I had coming up. Night and day different. Those leg 'punches' to knee are great... Look at Rogan's face at like 35 seconds...
That's what cats look like when they get hit with those knee kicks, but you better be able to defend the takedown if you throwing them. You never know who you dealing with...And speaking of Rogan, he has some brutal kicks himself.
