He is on some real knowledge, blacks starting companies and being entrepreneurs. I never seen anybody come out like this, he is passing knowledge to the next generation about how bad it is to be in corporate America, which I can vouch.
You might have to turn on other blacks to get ahead and appease your white masters. He just needs to quit Xerox my ideas and trying to pass it off as his own.
I like how he drops info on universities that screwed him, which might help somebody make a decision on what college to attend or work as a professor.
