She always seems to dress bordering on slutty or slutty, if you ask me... I wish she had a little more style/class in her look, so that her good looks were accompanied by good style...
It seems like dresses of that material are popular right now in Hollywood, I saw Christina Aguilera photo'ed in a blue one.. It's nice.. but wtf is that black belt band thing?? She's a good looking girl, but I hate people who are famous for no reason, i.e, "socialite" 
She ruined the Herve Leger dress. And she wears his dresses often. They aren't meant to wear with belts.

She's cute, but not as hot as people say. She's been cut on too much for a young woman. I love that dress and how she added the black thing & the sexy shoes to change it up from every other woman who has the dress. I personally wouldn't wear the chastity belt though...
