Had a major hiccup in service today when the freezer started to defrost randomly

Of course on the day I have ice cream on the menu. So had to troubleshoot that and shift everything over to a backup freezer which meant not being able to pack the individual ice cream cups

Sooooo I cooked myself 1 of my FAV meals (on the menu this week) "Just the tip"! In honor of reducing waste while also keeping it tasty, when I breakdown wings I keep the tips. With this I'm able to offer a nice weekday affordable snack for those like myself like the gelatinous bits

For myself I tossed them in the house hot sauce which is sweet, hot, and tangy!
