I understand HNIC's policy on trolls, but I'd incorporate the right to vote individuals out of here. This place has become deadwood central over the past few years, and while most vets know what to expect from who, it can be rather annoying at times.
In the same manner we vote on threads and the whole, the members should be allowed to throw certain individuals out based on what the majority dictates.
That would eradicate 90% of the nonsense off the break.
