The LGTBQ+/WS community is looking for conflict and showcasing their power to the hetereosexual community, some are head of government agencies or CEO.

The biggest thing that effeminate/emotional or gay men are big into is terminating people for some non issue. They will prance around in some hysterical/emotional state, they are not interested in your job performance that will increase profitability for a company but getting revenge for some small slight. If you are in a relationship with a women, this behavior is highly evident with them. Personally, I have noticed a uptick is unwarranted emotional job terminations for some small slight, this is very effeminate.

I remember the controversy over the Charlie Hebdo depiction of the Prophet Muhammad leading to a murder. This depicion is strictly forbidden and insulting. The magazine/writer wanted to definatly/effeminately assert his free speech rights in his country rather than being respectful of other religions.

Here they will place trans clothing in the children section hoping you will respond negatively with tuck equipment. They expressing their right in a defiant manner to their sexual choice/preference and want you to challenge them. I noticed a uptick in these emotional job termination by WS with this gay dancing around. WS ideology and the LGTBQ+ cultures are highly linked together with effeminate/nonverbal communication and lack of masculine energy.

Here are some tips for hetereosexual men on BGOL:

1. Ignore their provocative displays even if it exposes your children to trans clothing. They want the conflict and affirm LGTBQ+ inalienable rights to their sexual choice/preference which they are constantly told is a sin or illegal. Since WS and LGTBQ+ culture share many traits, I frequently encounter the same tactics with them where they will display their symbolism in front of me as I walk outside a store.

2. Keeping a low profile on the job, avoiding conflict with coworkers. Some elements of the LGTBQ+/WS community might be holding key positions, and they want to show case their power. Job terminations for some non issue is a big part of their management style. Chris Licht being abruptly terminated is a perfect example even though ratings have gone up subtantially at CNN.

3. Showing empathy towards a seal and her plight even though you enjoy victimizing them repeatedly or you might fantasize about it.

If somebody is giving you an intense homosexual stare on the job, trying to bait you into a conflict; walk away. They want to affirm their right to their sexual preference to you.

As suspected, a trans influencers that visited the White House flashed her augmented breasts. After this event and provocation she posted a video online espousing her right to display her breast which is not illegal in Washington D.C. and that women's bodies are being sexualized. This event was covered all over conservative news outlets so I won't post anything here and risk getting banned.

1. Provocation - Exposing her breasts on the WH lawn publicly. Placing trans children clothes in a store.
2. Going on Tik Tok expressing her right under law, right to sexual choice, and that women's bodies are being sexualized.

I deal with effeminate, (similar to female rape) by white supremascist all the time to provoke me. They place their WS symbols in front of me as I walk out of a store such as a certain car/make or chase me around in their vehicles on the highway. Not to whine, but they have blocked my attempts to leave the country, or chase after me even after overtly rejecting them. Nobody wants to live in their bizarre world. You might run across this effeminate behavior.

It is similar to putting trans clothings in the children section exposing the parent/child to another groups beliefs.

Women do the same thing to me, that desperately want me to mount them, trying to cause a sexualized conflict with them.

I think a lot of this comes down to personal experiences. Like, I once attended a local gay event, and it was so refreshing to see everyone just being themselves, celebrating their identities without judgment. That openness fostered a sense of community I hadn't felt in other spaces. However, I get what you're saying about emotions impacting professional environments. Sometimes, personal feelings do creep into workplace dynamics, and it can lead to misunderstandings or tensions. But it’s crucial to remember that emotional expression is part of being human, regardless of sexual orientation. Instead of viewing these moments as "hysterical," maybe we can see them as opportunities for dialogue and connection.

I've never had any issues with them dudes on the job but once but he wouldn't confront me but he would prance around them cac's or any female and just run his mouth about shit he knew nothing about and there was no reason to get out of character over what he said.I ended up bumping into him years later and the dudes damn near blind walking with a cane.....God don't like ugly and he's not showing favoritism to faggits.

Everyone’s experiences are different, but it’s important not to generalize or make assumptions about any group. Workplace issues should be addressed based on individual behavior, not stereotypes. Staying focused on professionalism and clear communication can help navigate these situations.
