I am a Muslim and we don't eat pork but that was good education by Master Butcher. It's good to know about something even if you don't eat it. We hear the words but we don't know from which part of the slaughtered animal these cuts are coming from...

So far its been the best video ive seen about butchering a pig... Short but very well explained youre a great teacher, please make the same video but this time about butchering cattle
