890 a mo, forgot the sq feet, but was a studio included electric, water, and cable/Internet Marietta ga

aint no where in the south you gonna live in a good neighborhood for $300 a month

Goes without saying, but even the nicer neighborhoods have to be much less than what you'd get around here.

Try Googling Downtown Silver Spring, MD or Bethesda, MD and see what prices are looking like for a mere 980 sq ft.

Mortgage on my 1200 sqt ft home in GA: $565.00

Rent on my 750sq ft Condo in Redondo Beach, CA: $1300.00 + water/trash :smh:

No longer solo. 3 attorneys working for me. The practice should expand to Brooklyn later this year or early next year.
Well done, chief. It's been a good ride here too

Much more success to you!

:eek::smh::smh: Exactly what I'm talking about. The rent may be cheap but you basically need to be in a job that moved you down there and pays nicely in order to make it worth while.

Maybe that degree would be better served in another market.

How is that Atlanta's fault. Besides, she just graduated, she needs to be patient and network.
