Basically anytime someone has something they want dugg on their blog or whatever everyone digg it.

Digg is a very popular site where people their web links http://digg.com/about. it bring a lot traffic to you site plus give you a higher ranking on google.

For example do a google search of mycheaptech Thanks to Digg I got that site to index on Google within 24 hrs.

* Forgot to mentions that it usaully takes a week or so for new site to get indexed on google.*

Digg is highly recommended man.
