How Do I Start A Modeling Contest

I am thinking about starting a modeling\talent contest.

Any suggestions? This is what I have come up with.

1st get as much pretty girls as possible, kids as well

2nd get all of them to pay a fee to enter the contest which will not include bathing suits (trying to make my 1st one family friendly)

3rd give all the women and children Free Photoshoots. Of course they would get these photos digital though. If they wanted them printed of course I would get paid.

4th Within about 3 - 6 months have the contest. Of many people would bring their families out who would buy a dvd, as well as still photos from the functions.

Any Ideas or Experiences?

what's the incentive at the end?

they win and what? gotta think of that. Maybe a shoot in a magazine is guaranteed for exposure or contract with XYZ agency?

As for giving their images, hope those are low res images you are giving them, not anything that they can print from and use later, should make em pay for that.

Overall sounds like a kewl idea, but should have an incentive and if possible have a celeb attached to it as a judge...
