Yes. It is to help my students with honest assessments of themselves and how to navigate towards their goals.
People can say they have plans on doing something, but how to carry out those plans isn't as clear to some versus others. I needed a way to illustrate the journey.
For example, most folks want instant results without putting in the thankless or low-return work. You know, the grind. That shit is daily/weekly/monthly/yearly.
Some individuals get caught in a loop, practicing the same ineffective habits and expecting different results without conducting an honest assessment of their practices.

Neither of these diagrams makes any sense.
They LOOK like flow charts, at first glance, but flow charts generally show decision points from which one moves on to other stages. Where is the flow? None of the things listed is dependent upon the other.
A hint that this is nonsense is the reference to "reflection", which has been a buzzword in education for decades in the USA.
Where is the "assessment" piece?
This is generally what happens in education: a lot of words, rubrics, charts, graphs, references to Maslow (gotta have at least one) that educational staff repeat, regurgitate, and restate incessantly, and a lot of money spent on "research" to develop what is essentially a complete waste of time and resources.
How does one show students how to do anything? Frankly, I don't see it.

Indeed. I have to deal with general education mathematics in all disciplines on campus. Nothing always works the same, but many students have dreams and goals about what they want.
