Neither of these diagrams makes any sense.
They LOOK like flow charts, at first glance, but flow charts generally show decision points from which one moves on to other stages. Where is the flow? None of the things listed is dependent upon the other.
A hint that this is nonsense is the reference to "reflection", which has been a buzzword in education for decades in the USA.
Where is the "assessment" piece? This is generally what happens in education: a lot of words, rubrics, charts, graphs, references to Maslow (gotta have at least one), and a lot of money spent on "research" to develop what is essentially a complete waste of time and resources.
This is one of the reasons I quit. Three times.
