How can you retrieve recently deleted web content?

i've tried the wayback machine but the content I want was deleted a few days ago. I don't think I can get it using that site.

Does anyone know how I can do this? Looking to find a post on a message board that was deleted a few days ago

One of the search engines spiders caching the page is your only hope. Paste the title of the page or the url directly in the Google search area. Hover your mouse on the right side of the searches found until the arrows pointing right appear. Click the arrows and click on the cached link.
