How can nas afford to pay 50k per month child support?

I remember reading somewhere that Nas is part owner of the Summer Jam concert series.
He doesn;t pay 50K anymore, he got it slashed to 25K and that's 25k for child support and spousal support.
That's 300,000 a year. I mean he tours all year around, still sells some records, probably has a few business ventures. I'm sure he pulls in more than 3-4 million dollars a year. That's affordable for him I think. In those documents they released, they even had him making much more than 4 million a year.. I couldn't imagine it being much more than that, I'm just guessing and talking shit right now

i think his people are using it as a promotional tool to fool the public in believing he's living the life and 50k doesn't phase him at all when in reality he's broke...
The amount was based on the earnings he made during their marriage. He brought in 10 million just off the Def Jam deal alone, not to mention touring, endorsements, investments, appearances, features, etc. etc... He wont be paying that much forever (if he's even paying that amount now).
On another note though, I aint really THAT mad at a woman getting half if she actually stood by and supported her husband while the money was being made. I say this because I've been in a marriage where the wife didnt support shit, and know first hand the amount of stress, headache, and obstacles that brings.
So with that said, I aint mad at Kelis in regards to the money. But I am mad at Kelis with her behavior during the ordeal, ESPECIALLY not allowing Nas in the delivery room.

obviously he has cake if the courts looked at his finances and determined 50k\mo. was enough to rape him but not send him to the poor house, he even tried to have it amended but that got shot downHe's scheduled for 10 shows in August alone. Say he makes 50k a show (He probably makes more), thats $500,000 in a month... And I guarantee he does multiple shows every month. Then you can factor in the businesses he may own, publishing checks, investments, etc. I dont think Nas is hurting for dough..
