I don't trust these dam Dominican "doctors". Got sick, cold/throat whatever, so he comes home with the ultimate Dominican cure....its contents:

Horsetail
Alfalfa
Cayenne
White oak bark
Dandelion
Cat nip
Marshmallow
Radish
Cats claw
Molasses

Ummm....hell NO. How sick would you have to be to drink this shit?
 
apparently it's sold in a pharmacy...i questioned the type of pharmacy and wasnt given an answer...
 
Santeria, Voo doo, Hoo doo- take your pic. Probably some more religions/practices out there with 'stores' that sell remedies that most of us don't know about. It's been around this long, they must be doing something right.

Shut up. Not all drugs are derived from natural products. Matter fact, many are synthetically recreated and modified.

Those are natural herbs sometimes we do need to step back and take what worked for granny.

ummm im sorry but cat claws and horsetail is not a great herb in my eyes. and i dont mix my marshmallows with friggin cayenne.

So bc I'd rather take Tylenol over catnip, tree bark, and w/e the fuck else is in that shit means I'm against the natural and organic shit?

Natural shit could have negative effects just the same as my over the counter drugs...bc mixing some crazy shit together won't fuck up a persons something or anything right?

Urboss those are just plant names. Cats claw and marshmallow are generally considered safe and if you are unsure check out a western herbal store. You can see them in their dried form. The marshmallows is probably to soothe your throat. Cats claw is considered good for immunity type stuff. The cayenne to induce sweating etc.I think (bigirl can correct me) white oak bark has some similarities in composition to aspirin.

Yes natural shit can have side effects too. If you go to a GOOD herbalist they will recommend a formula based on your constitution that is generally considered safe. Tylenol can and does have side effects too- very severe ones in fact. It's a choice and each path whether herbal or conventional has its pros and cons. That formula sounds ok though.If you have hay fever I would be extra cautious.

Don't get me wrong, I would honestly much rather herbal remedies; back in the day there was no such think as Theraflu and Tylenol and people lived long healthy lives. I just don't like the way that sounds, the cat and horse throws it off for me. To top it off it's consistency is like syrup, I have a bad history with liquid meds and that shit is thick!

Now if it was in pill form...and this idiot didn't tell me what was in it...lol
