You're right, I didn't even pay attention to the guy on the right collapse as well. They're both grounded to the Pontoon or whatever, the guy on the right was the HOT lead, and the guy on the left was the NEUTRAL, then he grabbed the wires...bzzzt...Pooof!
They were overconfident. Prolly did it any number of times with lower voltage wires or something. No insulating gloves or any sort of PPE other than the wooden Staffs that should've been the ONLY thing to contact those wires.
