Biggest fucking scam in the world.
Keith Olberman cosplaying as Rachel Maddoa is confused as to why she's sharing a thumbnail with black people.
I never believed in that shit, I pretty much said homeowners where getting scammed from HOA years ago.
Unfortunately, because of the fucked up market, many people can’t escape getting into HOAs.
We passed on nice houses because they were in HOA neighborhoods. It made looking for homes more challenging than it already was.
The house we moved into has an HOA but from conversing with my neighbors, they seem chill about things and it’s only 160 a year.
