What NBA player was the best at shooting and making highly contested jumpers with a hand in the face? Rather off the dribble or off the tripple threat or whatever.

Other honourable mentions i left out cuz couldn't put anymore selections in:

Melo
Dirk
Wall
Wilkins

Who is your pick? I'd say Kobe or Lebron.
Id say Kobe then Kevin Durrant/Harden.

Kobe the #24 kobe was not shy about pulling up with a hand in your face without creating space or separation. Esp on nationally televised games. The guy would jab step, not take 1 dribble and just raise up on you.

James Harden step back has become unguardable. Even playing against these young kids out of high school that do it, makes them unguardable. He creates a lil space but to me it still is contested

He was clutch when it counted though. Ol I was in the right place at the right time type Mf

Good choices. Yeah - Kobe had some amazing shots over the years. Durant's fun to watch in that taller players have longer reach & better vantage points / sight lines. So for sharp shooters and scorers like him ... they are really difficult to guard for players who aren't skilled at pressuring them. He'll put up numbers on you quickly. Harden's definitely the real deal. I was going to say Curry ... but he's just an all-around amazing player and shooter. Easily one of the best shooters ever, if not the very best. He'll score from way out with no one on him, or when pressured. Doesn't matter. Amazing talent. Off topic, but related - I'm looking forward to seeing how Purdue's Carsen Edwards does in the pros. He was fun to watch in the recent NCAA tourney. That one game with 10 threes. Damn.
