Most of the items is what most use for a meal,high in protein but also high in carbs aka sugar.
There's a lot of shit on there I stopped eating,tuna,shrimp,I could never do dairy,oats,bananas,sunflower seeds(too much salt) ,beef,kale and so much more and next week it'll change and they'll say something totally different but the most important think is eliminating certain things so you can live longer,unless you're in ya 20's eat all of that shit and enjoy it.
