we donate a lot to schools we went to and the museums/orgs etc. we support. It is basically free money because you get a ton of perks in return. I posted in here about tax sales and that should be kicking up again soon. Easy way to get another income stream. Note, none of this is go from 200K-350K to 1-2MM.
