Here comes the pushback on Trump Obama care bullshit

Are any of these states suing red states?
Democratic attorneys general from the 18 states as well as the Washington, D.C., planned to file a lawsuit in federal court in California later on Friday. The states include: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Kentucky, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and Washington state.

The states will ask the court to force Trump to make the next payment. Legal experts said the states are likely to face an uphill battle in court.

"His effort to gut these subsidies with no warning or even a plan to contain the fallout is breathtakingly reckless," New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman said. "This is an effort simply to blow up the system."

The new lawsuit would be separate from a case pending before an appeals court in the District of Columbia in which 16 Democratic state attorneys general are defending the legality of the payments.

North Carolina in the mix? That's right, we have a democratic governor. Wonder if that has anything to do with NC being in mix...

A friend of mine said that after this stuff today, for the first time, he doesn't think Trump will make it 90 more days. He said some father or someone whose child is sick is going to take one for the team so their child can have healthcare and live. He said he wasn't convinced before today, but now he can't see this continuing. Pence is just as bad though, and Ryan is worse, imo. I think the hospitals are going to raise hell. It will be interesting to see how this turns out. When is the next recess for congress?

They will if they havent yet weatherman. Racist bout to find out they need healthcare too.
Bro....these white folks don't care about healthcare in red states. It's more important for them to go against Obama. Remember these or the same people who tried to give back badly needed stimulus money because it came from Obama.

That's not true Those Red states cAC's especially the poor ones was getting comfortable with Obama care you notice they didn't protest anymore about getting rid of Obama care once they found out that ACA and Obama care was the same.

The ACA never addressed the funding issue.
They won the case against 44, but the judge vacated her order to give 44 time to fix the issue.

Dude I live in a red state and travel to two other red states every month. I'm telling you these people put their hate for Obama before anything.

And I'm telling you that once Obama care settle in most of them kept quiet why you think the Republicans was Scared to repeal it in the Senate
Mississippi is a poor state. Did their senators try to block the bill. Louisiana is a poor state. Did their senators try to block the bill.

This muthafuckin Trump supporter on CNN said he paid $13,000 a month to ACA and $660 in co-pay and didnt get choose a proper doctor for the birth of his kid, this is what million of Americans go thru and that what makes what Trump did the right choice. These muthafuckas lie straight thru their teeth.

Man from just reading What that guy said just didn't make any sense. The Republicans are in a bad spot right now with this especially the ones in poor republicans districts

What funding issue?
The ACA never had an appropriation funding passed in Congress.

A federal district judge in Washington, D.C., ruled Thursday the Obama administration had improperly funded a major subsidy of the Affordable Care Act, dealing a surprise blow to President Obama’s signature legislative achievement.

At issue in the case, House of Representatives v. Burwell, is Section 1402 of the ACA, which requires insurance companies in the ACA’s exchanges to reduce co-payments and deductibles in their plans. The reductions effectively shift those costs from the customer to the insurer.
