Help with Windows Installer 1325 error (porn inside)

I am trying to uninstall Superantispyware Free Edition from my computer, but when I try to do so, I get a "1325 error: old file name is not a valid file name". I've Googled this problem and have tried the following fixes: 1) I tried installing Super again and uninstalling, but it won't even let me reinstall the program due to the same error; 2) I've run ccleaner on my computer to no avail; 3) I've tried installing the Windows Installer Clean Up utility but can't install that due to the same error; 4) I want to reinstall Windows Installer 4.5 for Vista SP2 but evidently that's bundled into SP2 and is not available as a separate download unlike the other versions of Windows Installer.

Can anyone help? I want to upgrade to Windows 7 but I can't do so until that program is uninstalled.
