Help lost 10 pounds-Now I am stuck!

not to often i come to the ladies side of BGOL so excuse me if im a little late. :D Anyway if i may make a suggest i say try rollerblading my girl started it and in about a months time i started to notice the differences. We got a park right near our crib where they have lil trails where she can get her blade on so she goes right after school.

That plus her change in diet got her looking good even though she losing some of that booty meat :( but long as she healthy im happy
 
I know this is late and I read no responses.

You cut HFCS and any refined grain product and you will see immediate results.

If it is white, it should never go inside of you, as a general rule.
 
Ok what am I doing wrong? I cut down my calories, walk 3 times a week (3 miles each time) taking my vitamins....But I havent lost anymore weight?? WTF??? I lost 10 in 2 weeks and now I am at a hault! What am I doing wrong???

that first weight was easy to lose because it is the fluid weight (water weight) that you likely lost first. Once your system is kinda "dried" out you see your dry weight.

It takes consistency to actually lose fat so i will just say stick with it. 3 days a week is not enough btw...you need at least 5 days of walking. and it should not be just 'walking' but actually jogging even if you reduce the miles you should jog instead of walk to get that heart rate up and really burn some calories
