Help!!!!! Iphone csi team plz help !!!

Sup fellas hope one of yall can help cause googling not doing it for me.here is the problem my bros lil son was fucking with my iphone and he deleted a bunch of important contacts and some text messages that have info that i need for work.anyway of getting these things back iv tried a app i found i recoverd some shit from my last sync but it only showed me stuff that was already on the phone that i can see now not the stuff he deleted.any info will help thanks point to some apps or something an if you can post download links even better thanks guys.

I dont know if this helps but i synced my phone last night an it made a backup before he fucked with it
