Healthy Hair Spray?

My hair won't hold a curl for very long. What hair spray can I get? I'm looking for something that won't damage the follicles or scalp.

Any suggestions?

i use essations soft hold finishing spritz for curls

if im going to the club and im trying to make sure my style doesnt fall and my hair doesnt frizz i use mizani humidity resistant mist
