Has anyone heard of purchasing property under the guise of a corporation?

Okay, something I just considered. I would've posted this on the main forum but I wanted serious responses.

Just wondering how to establish a corporation, set up business credit under a EIN alias.

Plus are there benefits? Ex. not having a spouse take half of the corporate property. throw a link, or explain in a nutshell.

ppl do that all the time. it's called a shell corporation but if the wife knows about it, or its delineated in your prenupt that she can take any assets of your corporations, then she can take that shit.
