It's not about being black or not. Many black men are falsely accused of rape frequently. Everyone should call it as they see it regardless of race.

You can't say its rape if a white man does it and say it isn't rape when a black man does it. Regarding Weinstein, overall, I can't call it but I strongly suspect a lot of these women consensually slept with him.

The argument that they were uncomfortable saying no because he's a powerful guy is as absurd as a man claiming he was raped by a woman as he could not say no because of her beauty.

In this video footage, her testimony states that she felt more comfortable being in a more public place with him BUT goes right ahead in his hotel room to be unsafe again? There's a difference between catching a deal w/ him and her morals for safety (apparently she had before going into his room). Her morals were telling her, hopefully I'll catch the deal after he fucks me. It's also apparent, he didn't give her shit. Publicity and/or Money stunt she's looking for... Get outta here!!!!!​

This. Her allegations are suspect. If a cat rubs your shoulders and puts his hand up your skirt in your initial meeting, you're not going to meet that same individual later, unless you know what's up. I think most of his victims are being honest. I just don't believe this one!
