This has truly been a hard couple of weeks for the music industry. Another loss, Harry Elston, a member and founder of the group, The Friend of Distinction. During the late 60s they had a string of hits, most notably, “Grazing in the Grass”, “Love or Let Me Be Lonely”, and “Going in Circles”. The group originated in LA and was discovered by football Jim Brown. The group disbanded in 1976. Elston was 86.
