the property not being maintained..
Whoever was collecting those maintenance fees should be sued...

that landlord was like... Fuck you get out! OR yall up the two million

My dad’s late uncle ... they bought up a block of houses to build some condos. Houses were older and long past their glory days, but in a prime location near a main thoroughfare.
My dad’s area ... they have come by a few times looking to entice people to sell. Dad’s place is small but on a big lot. Him and neighbors are like - “nah - you will have to sweeten the pot quite a bit. We know you’re just gonna knock our shit down and build monster homes”
