I guess I would die of dehydration
Plus infection with that much of it's flesh exposed.
At this point death by Croc is better than trying to live with that massive wound.
It's basically going to starve to death. I was watching one where this pride of lions attacked a water buffalo, and it kicked one of the lionesses in the jaw, and the bottom half lioness's mouth was dangling from its face, and it starved to death. It couldn't even drink water.
