Got an Email From Square-Enix today....

Today I came home checked my email. And in the In-box was a Email from Square Enix Japan. Apparently one of the Japanese story writers loved what I did with a couple videos I made for the Game Final Fantasy XI.
he liked the music selection.. the editing and the character i play.

So in the email he wanted me to pick 2 videos I think are best, and send them to him with permission. If they get chosen i get to create a quest line in the game, based around my character. There are several others in contention.
I've already won a GFX card, for my videos. but this is a whole new Beast.

I'm posting this on BGOL to get your opinions on which 2 I should send.
Give me honest opinion.. I really want to win this.. Gonna post on several boards.

I liked the summoners part one... and part two was better than the C.O.P one, but not as good as the first one.- I hope you re edit them before you "officially" send them in because the font on the second summoner vid was small and difficult to read against some of the backgrounds.

As someone else said, the blue mage vid has been deleted, so I can't comment on it.

you should also post this in the game forum, wouldn't expect much ffxi fans in the main forum who would understand the videos

good work. always liked your videos. havent played in a while. would rather play ffxi over ffxiv

cant believe they fucked that up, all they had to to was upgrade what was working. the subjob system is what made the game too, not for your casuals like in WoW
 
I miss FFXI... Haven't played it in over a year and I wonder if my char is still there... I played for 5 years or so and had all types of good ass hear plus 4 75 jobs...
