I say resist. Fuck going peacefully if you know they are in the wrong. Make them work as much as possible. You are allowed to resist an unlawful detention it's the American way. Now a days once you go you never know if you are coming back. Don't forget all they have to say is you look like an illegal and due process is suspended.
