An interesting rendition of Madilu System's 1985 classic

The actual title is "Boma ngai, na boma yo, tobomana" (kill me, I kill you, we kill each other)
The second line in the song says "Nazali mwasi ya liboso na lavie na you" =I am the first wife in your life..

There is also a line in there that says "Ba pesi nga SIDA nakufa noki" meaning "They have given me AIDS, I am dying soon"

Nice but they can't fuck

With George Benson and Stanly clarke
TP OK cannot fuck with George Benson and Stanley Clarke? I do not
need any backhanded completed or cultural wars. I always win these
music arguments anyway... so, for once, can we just stick to the enjoying
the music.

A rendition of one of the many classic songs by Papa Lutumba Simaro (in my sig and avatar)
who left us on this world on 30 March 2019, after 81 years and 11 days of a well-lived life, 59
years of which he regaled us with his sublime and incomparably rare musical talent...

All the songs I have posted by Maman Faya Tess were composed by other people, and the
thing I do not like is her muted and subdued presentation that is bereft of the emotional
projection that characterised by the original male singers

You see if I said this same thing in a thread about American music all of you
would take offense. TP OK is better any American band that has ever played
any kind of music at any time. I am talking about solo musicians or your
best orchestras. If your ever is making you reflexively envious and angry,
please keep your opinions to your self.

American musicians do not know what a sebene is. Case closed.
