Likely scenario: she was DTF, but then wanted money/pictures/etc. He told her to GTFOH and then she screamed "rape"...
New York Giants’ Jay Bromley accused of attempted rape
New York Giants defensive tackle Jay Bromley has been accused of attempting to rape a woman — who later jumped on the hood of his car in a bizarre effort to get a ride home — at the Hyatt Herald Square Hotel in Midtown early Saturday, police sources told The Post.
The 6-foot-3, 306-pound Bromley met the 26-year-old unidentified woman on Instagram, picking her up at her Brooklyn home before the two hit a hookah bar.
They ended up at the hotel on W. 31st Street near Sixth Avenue, where she claims the date went horribly wrong.
“She said she willfully performed oral sex on him,” a source said. But then “something took place where she didn’t want it to take place.”
Cops are still investigating exactly what occurred in the hotel room and are waiting to interview Bromley.
After the alleged assault, the Queens-born baller left the hotel, but the woman followed him down the street, asking for a ride home, sources said.
Bromley tried to shoo the woman away and when he wouldn’t give her a lift, she leapt onto the hood of his vehicle, a source said. He pulled away slowly and the alleged victim fell from the car, hurting her kness.
A credit card with Bromley’s name on it was used to pay for the room, a police source confirmed.
The alleged victim was taken to Roosevelt Hospital.
Bromley, the Giants’ 2014 third-round pick, hails from Jamaica, Queens. He played in 16 games for the team last season, starting the last few, and notching 36 tackles.
The Syracuse University star signed a four-year, $3 million contract and is set to make $605,000 for the 2016 season.
“We are aware of the situation and will continue to monitor it,” said a Giants spokesman. “We have notified the league office per the league’s protocol. We will have no further comment as we understand this is an ongoing investigation.”
