The Georgia board that administers the bar exam to prospective lawyers erroneously told 90 test takers that they failed, according to a media report.

The incident concerns people who took the test in July 2015 and February 2016, The Wall Street Journal reported.

In 2016, a different methodology was used for the score calculation, which yielded a different result, according to the report. The Board of Bar Examiners decided to return to the previous methodology. This resulted in passing scores for some people who had been told that they did not pass.

Dafuq? They gonna get sued by the victims / lawyers to high hell for obvious reasons.

This would have been alot funnier had it been for the july 2016 bar... assuming this matter is just being discovered in real time. Also interesting that Ga opted to revert back to a methodology that allows more lenient scoring.. especially in an environment where many jurisdictions are now scoring in the opposite direction.
