man screw them Geek Squad cats they fugged both my systems up with their bull'ish tweaks they cant even do something as simple as back up a friggin hard drive. (XP)

Brought a new Vaio paid them to do the tweaks screwed my new laptop up... shit doesnt even do the system restore (Vista)

I can't tell you what it does cause it doesn't even tell you untill it's done. It's kinda like running a windows optimizer but like I said it doesnt give you an option it just does it and tells u what it did. There seems to be a lot of people saying Geek Squad shit fucks up your shit. I used it and am fine so far but fuck it, I'm going to kill this link just in case.
