well flood covers you if a water main breaks nearby and floods your basement as well. there are other things that it insures against than just a rivier type event.

They pass a law like this during one of the worse droughts in states history. This has got to be the stupidest idea I've ever heard of. How do you spell corruption? G-E-O-R-G-I-A Someone somewhere is getting some serious kickbacks on this one.
