I'm getting threats from my ISP about the board. They may or may not shut it down over the weekend.

If we survive the weekend I'll know more about the future with this ISP on Monday.

Leroy is probably gonna lose all his posts again. During the last
switch, Leroy was up to about 30,000 posts. Now he has nearly
20,000. Someone better put Leroy on suicide watch.

I don't know if anyone has noticed but BGOL has had a major increase in traffic in the past year. It is now ranked at 38,000 in traffic by Alexa. And it is still rising.

Point being is that more traffic/ higher rankings means more people watching.

Let's be honest we have gotten away with a lot of bootlegged stuff on here. And I don't see how any of the internet "models" can make a living with members of BGOL raping their sites.

And the ownage! Don't get me started on the amount of people who were on the brink of suicide because of the infamous BGOL photochop gurus.

Well I've worked in data centers for a few web hosting companies and you have to find one that doesn't have an "adult content" policy.

And most companies allow you to come and work and check on the server any time if you're having problems remotely.

You could set it up and keep redundancy at a server at home. Just a thought although I don't know how much that would cost to maintain.

Back during Slams 1st music post I stated that heat may come from that...hell BGOL has become a mini Napster in some ways. However that can't be the case cause if a studio did complain all music post would have been shut down. Nonetheless, This is a very popular place on the net and with that equates more haters members and lurkers alike.

But HNIC, the real question I want to know is, if your ISP do pull the plug on your shyt.....Will you say fuck it and just walk away?
